  With the Red Dragons level 0-0 at half-time, the Wrexham boss spoke to his players and roused a strong second-half response. Goals from Steven Fletcher and Paul Mullin put Wrexham ahead and secured the three points to delight McElhenney.

  Posting on X after the game, McElhenney said: "If we could bottle up and sell what Phil says to these players at halftime we’d be billionaires 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 ⚽️ 💥"
